A middleweight championship rematch between Johnny Eblen and Fabian Edwards will be the main event of Bellator Champions Series London on September 14.
The organization announced the bracket on Tuesday. Bellator Champions Series London will take place at Wembley’s OVO Arena and mark the organization’s eighth trip to the English capital.
Eblen successfully defended his title against Edwards at Bellator 299 in September, winning by knockout in the third round. The American Top Team star has competed just once since then, defeating Impa Kasanganay via hard-fought split decision in a PFL vs. Bellator bout on February 24. Eblen has successfully defended his title twice under the Bellator banner and boasts a 15-0 career record.
Edwards bounced back from his loss to Eblen with a unanimous decision win over Aaron Jeffery at Bellator Champions Series Belfast on March 22. Edwards, the younger brother of UFC welterweight champion Leon Edwards, has won four of his past five Bellator appearances.
