Arman Tsarukyan is hoping for a more decisive victory over Charles Oliveira.
Tsarukyan is expected to challenge Islam Makhachev for his lightweight title at UFC 311 in January, but the promotion has yet to make the fight official. ‘Ahal Karakets’ believes that the UFC will officially announce the fight within the next week.
“The manager said that we will fight for the title from the beginning of next year,” Tsarukyan recently told TNT Sports. “I’m very excited. And hopefully after this event they’ll announce like it’s official when I’m going to fight. But they haven’t already told me where and the date I’m going to fight. We know it, the UFC leadership knows it…I think it’ll be official within a week.”
