Mark Zuckerberg shared a video of his intense physical mixed martial arts workout routine.
Zack’s trainer said, “You wouldn’t know this nerd is a silent killer.”
Kai Wu, Zuckerberg’s trainer and professional mixed martial artist, told The Information: “You never expected them to be able to beat you.
“The next thing you know, they’re attacking you with very technical moves.”
Famous UFC fighter Conor McGregor praised Zuckerberg’s abilities, commenting, “Yay! Fucking amazing Mark!” In the meta boss sparring video.
Wu said Zuckerberg, 38, can throw punches like a martial arts gym.
“He never said, ‘Don’t do that,'” Wu said.
“He actually asked, ‘Can you resist a little bit more and apply a little more force?’ I want to feel that.”
In the video, a sweaty Zuckerberg takes several punches and a takedown, and also lands a few strikes.
Mr. Zuckerberg may have solid self-defense skills and some physical fitness, but he spends more on his personal security than any other tech executive in the world.
Zuckerberg first opened up about his interest in mixed martial arts during a conversation on Joe Rogan’s podcast.
“After an hour or two of working out, rolling, wrestling with friends, training with different people, I’m ready to solve whatever problems I have at work that day.” Zuckerberg told Logan.
And Mr. Zuckerberg will have many problems to solve.
His personal net worth has fallen by $71 billion this year, dropping 14 places on the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, dropping from the world’s sixth-richest person to 20th.
His company’s work on the Metaverse has reached a bill of more than $10 billion, with only low-resolution avatar selfies and no PR to show it.
