Shavkat Rakhmonov was reportedly turned down from UFC 310 by numerous opponents.
Rakhmonov was originally scheduled to challenge Belal Muhammad for the welterweight title at UFC 310 on Saturday, but the champion was forced to withdraw due to an infection. “Nomad” ended up facing Ian Garry in the night’s co-headliner at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
Before that, there were rumors of a possible booking between Rachmonov and Kamaru Usman. However, Rakhmonov recently revealed that Usman is not the only fighter offered to fight him at UFC 310. According to Nomad, Usman, Carlos Prates and Colby Covington all declined to book a fight with him for various reasons. While Preetz was injured, Covington simply refused the match, and Usman initially agreed to the match before withdrawing.
